Well..I think FB was having an issue today. I kept seeing little dots like people were typing in the chat…but nothing showed up for me to see. Sigh.
So in this one I first explained what tapping is and how it works since we have so many new members who may not be familiar with it.
Then I did some tapping for being criticized as a child that should be helpful to all of you who had this experience.
