Tapping today began with mouth and teeth pain…frustration and fear. Pain dropped from a 5 to a 2 in a couple minutes.
Next up was hemorrhoid pain at a 9 (0-10 scale with 10 being agony). dropped to a 5…pain related to need for control and fear of the future.
Then we did some work on a right hip/lower back pain. This related to insecurity and grief. Not a big drop in pain but LOTS of tears. Good job….more work to do on this for sure.
