Great work today!! My new video is for Sleep Apnea and will be up on YouTube tomorrow Oct 24. (I’ll post it here for you tomorrow too)
First tapping was to let go of the belief that you can’t change your health or life on your own. We all have a bit of this occasionally.
Next we worked with back pain and spasms….her pain level went from a 6-10(sitting/standing) to a 4 even standing. Great progress. Loneliness and anger were the underlying emotions.
Then we did some tapping for mouth pain…also with an anger base….another good drop in pain numbers.
